Synergy believes that development comes through local energy, resources, skills and talents. As a non-profit organization, we work to encourage communities to engage in their own locally planned, locally run, volunteer-based projects for sustainable and meaningful development. 

Outsiders come and go, but locals are committed for the long term. Synergy’s mission is to inspire local initiatives and empower the members of the local communities – from citizens to students to local public bodies -- to create the synergistic effect of meaningful collaboration. We recognize volunteer efforts, celebrate success and build on what works.
